Matthew Pantzlaff

Real estate has been my passion since the first class I took in college, where they taught you the process of buying and selling real estate and how to make money from investing in it.  I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor of business administration.  I triple majored in real estate, finance, and insurance.

My background in finance means that we will only do an investment deal if the numbers make sense.  Otherwise, we just go to the next deal because there are plenty of them out there!

I am an analytical person that attacks the problem from every angle.  This comes in handy during the negotiation process as we can state our case from any point of view.
